Silver Shops in Bangkok

I'm hearing that there may be another street in Bangkok where there are a lot of silver shops in addition to the street behind the Oriental Hotel. Can anyone confirm that the silver shops behind the Oriental hotel are still there and if true where is this other street of silver shops?

bill, I'm sure there are plenty of places to buy silver arounf town, but this area remains the center of the silver wholesale market... remember gold is the thai preference.

lim is the name of one family who own several high end silver shops in the area... i would classify most of the other wholesale shops as of a lesser quality.
