The LCX complex is in the Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui, adjacent to the Star Ferry terminal. Take the MTR (subway) from Mongkok to the Tsim Sha Tsui station, then follow the signs to the Ocean Terminal (or Star Ferry).

Or take bus #2 or #6. Both routes run on Nathan Road and terminate at the Star Ferry, which is basically right at the Ocean Terminal.

Ocean Terminal/Harbor City was basically the only shopping mall in Hong Kong for many years. Don't know about the progress of renovation, but in recent years, I'd consider Pacific Place (Admiralty MTR) or Festival Walk (Kowloon Tong MTR) the better shopping malls there.

LCX is worth a visit particularly when you are around (many travellers won't miss the 5-min cheap ferry ride across the harbour at Star Ferry). LCX is new and targets trendy youngsters, whereas Pacific Place is mostly for top brand names.

Festival Walk is quite nice as well and it's supposed to be the Kowloon-side "Pacific Place" (or even Landmark) but then become something at the next grade. Worth a visit just as well on your way to/back from the New Territories by the railway.

Strictly speaking we have two seasons in Hong Kong - summer and winter. Spring and autumn don't last long, so I am not sure what you expect as Spring fashion. But you surely would be able to buy any fashion here all long round.
