Shinta Mani ???'s

Has anyone stayed at this hotel? It sounds wonderful and I would like to get opinions. Also, has anyone eaten in their restaurants?

I would also like any other dining suggestions anyone has for Siem Reap.

Thank you.

We were at the Shinta Mani right before Christmas and can recommend it highly - even though the shower in our room never worked properly. I heard another guest complaining about his shower so if I went again (which I would) I would ask to make sure my shower worked. Our room was on the pool level but did not open directly to the pool (our sons' room did and that was an extra bonus). Lovely style to the rooms and the hotel. We loved it and loved the fact that 20% of the profits go to the hospitality school next door. Restaurant is excellent - they only have one - half is indoors and half outdoors. I would definitely go back.

I am staying at Shinta Mani in March. What are the prices like for the restaurant and spa?

I sent an email to the hotel and they sent a spa price list back. For an hour massage it is $24 US, 1.5 hours -$42, 1.5 hour facial-$38.50. I have read on other threads there is also a massage place done by blind people and it is also supposed to be great. I plan to try that and the spa at the hotel.

I would also like to know what were the restaurant prices.

Hi all. The restaurant is very cheap for the quality of the food - all our dinners (there were five of us) were under $10.00 a person but the bar bills were another story. The food is great though - and we had breakfast (included with the room) lunch and dinner.
