Reasonable hotels near Tokyo Disneyland

We are planning to visit TOkyo Disneyland and Disney Sea in early July and want to stay overnight at a nearby hotel. Since we just need to sleep there between two full days at the parks, we don't want to spend too much. Can anyone recommend a nice botel, preferably on the parks' shuttle route?

Thanks Kim Japan. Have you or anyone else stayed at any of the mid-priced hotels on the shuttle route like Sunroute Plaza or tokyo Bay Maihama? The others (Hilton, Sheraton, Tokyu) are too pricey.

One of the more affordable hotels near Disneyland is http://www.palmandfountainterracehot...ish/index.html
All rooms sleep up to 4 and cost from 16,800 yen a night weekdays and 25,200 yen Saturdays. The hotel is linked to the resort by free shuttle bus, taking only 15 min.

I second the Palm and Terrace Fountain Resort. We stayed there for 2 nights last month. Service and hotel staff were fantastic.

Thank you Alec and bkk965. The hotel does seem very nice and reasonable, esp. for more than two people. It looks like the rooms here are all for 3 or more people, and since there will only be the two of us, it seems like there should be something even cheaper for two. However, even a 3 person room here may still work out unless I find a comparable quality hotel for less elsewhere. Anyway, appreciate your help.
