Portable wifi rental
Hello! I will be visiting Japan again sometime next year. The first time I went to Tokyo I did not get a pocket wifi but this time around I will need to stay connected to the internet for work so I will need a pocket wifi rental. Does anyone know of any good pocket wifi rental companies? I would preferably like them to send it to the airport when i arrive or send it to my hotel!
Thanks in advance for the comments

You need to google this. There are various services available that you can purchase at Narita (if that's where you arrive). Portable wifi is basically available everywhere in Japan so you can easily find options.

These are some of the portable wifi rentals that I was looking into. I have decided which one I'm gonna go with but Im leaning towards either Global communications or Genki Mobile. But here's a list of the ones I'm looking into
global communications: http://www.globaladvancedcomm.com/pocketwifi.html
genki mobile: https://www.genkimobile.com
ninja wifi: https://ninjawifi.com
hope this helps!

I have used rentafone for all 3 of our trips to Japan in 2012, 2013 and 2016.
As I haven't used any of the others, I cannot compare service between any of them and frankly the price was so cheap I didn't bother shopping them all to save a few pennies either.

We used Global Advanced Communications. IIRC, we rented through one of the JR Pass sites, as they were cheaper than going direct. We had our device delivered to our hotel on both of our trips. At the end, our hotels helped us to send it back to them.
