Pandaw Cruise : not replying

We are booked early February on an 8 day Mekong cruise with Pandaw. I have paid for the trip but cannot get an email reply from them and their North American telephone has been disconnected. Is anyone else in this situation or knows about this company ?

galiano: did you book thru the website? If you did, and you've paid for it, you can print out an E ticket from the site.

Look down the left hand side of the home page for 'booking in progress' or 'log-in' and follow the prompts.

It's all completely automated.

I've used this system 5 times now. Pandaw is a reputable company - there's no need for stress.

And, at last resort, if you're totally confused or stressed - ring them up.

Hey Mitch: Yup, just back from Kolkata, Sikkim, Bhutan and Kathmandu. You can read my Bhutan exploits on the thread 'Dogster? Bhutan' - knowing me as you do I think you'll be amused...

I'm right on the edge of going on the Brahmaputra cruise in April - 50% off.

Excellent, dogster...you'll love it. Glad you can get the 50% off....and if you get the single supplement removed it may well be that the ABN have to pay you to go!

We are just back from a visit to Vietnam and Cambodia and part of our trip was a week on the Pandaw from HCMC to Siem Reap. We have travelled a lot over many years and I must say the Pandaw is one of our best travel experiences. I can't say enough good things about his company. Fantastic boat, wonderful food and absolutely superlative service. If you have a chance, do the Mekong Pandaw cruise.

galiano: I'm so pleased everything went O.K. - and that you really liked it.

Now you can approach some of their other cruises in Burma with the knowledge that they're a class organization. The Burma cruises are even more wonderful.

I, like you, stumbled on the Mekong one first, since then I've been the whole length of the Ayerwaddy AND the Chindwin with that company.

And repeat customers get 10% off future bookings. Keep an eye open for specials.
