On the Go Tours

Has anyone had any experience with On the Go Tours? We are considering one to India, but do not know anything about this company. Any information would be appreciated.

I was going to use them to go to Jordan, but decided not to go this year..However, the impression i got, is that they are very dedicated...I will definately book with them in the future. I have corresponded with them and they always answered me promptly.

I had their brochure for India, but it didn't mention anywhere which hotels they used. Despite several e-mails to them, I got no reply. So went with someone else.

I find that very strange, as i had several of them get back to me, almost immediately after i emailed them...Infact, they sent me all sorts of brochures and info in the mail as well...hmmmm...

I sent a lengthy info request to On the Go last night and haven't heard back yet. Go Ahead (the two being easily confused) got back to my similar info. request within a day.

Am not as worried about email responsiveness as people's overall experience. They seem to strike a nice balance between the high-end, expensive luxury tours, and the cheap, budget, adventuring operators. At least that's the way I see it.
