NWA connections in Narita

I am thinking on taking a flight from Bangkok to Portland Oregon on NWA. However, the connection time in Narita range from 50-65 minutes. Is this enough time? I would be connecting from one NWA flight to another NWA flight.

I had about the same length of time and it was fine. Just walked from one terminal to another. It was on NWA.

No problem. The gates are all in the same terminal and you won't have to walk far at all. Many people will be making the same connection or one to another flight to the US...just follow the crowd.

NW will wait, unless a flight is excessively late. Almost all passengers on your flight will be connecting to some other NW flight to the US. They don't want to strand up to 300 passengers in Tokyo.

it works just fine, but don't doddle as the mandatory security check area can be slow...

In Narita, you will have to go through a security line. However, they are very good about going through the line and moving forward passengers whose flights are leaving soon.
