I just heard a report on NPR that more and more of the Cambodians today are so removed from the Khmer Rouge times that they actually don't believe it happened!

Sorry to hear that but a generation is a long time unfortunately. Hopefully the museum that the Times referred to will preserve some of the history so that both the young Cambodians as well as the tourists will be educated.
