New BKK Hotels
The new hotels in town are Siam@Siam which is across from MBK, and The Pullman which is by Victory Monumant.
I ate at Siam@Siam last night. It is a really cool modern place, and the food was great and not expensive. My friend has a contract to supply The Pullman with glassware, so we'll check it out soon.
Any GTG's? My number is: 089-698-1997.

Hey, Brad. Cheryl and I are hoping to get together with you in Bangkok, but the dates your mother gave for when you would be there sounded like we'll miss each other. We'll be in Bangkok Nov. 4, 5, 6 and fly to Sri Lanka on Nov 7. Any overlap?

Brad (or anyone):
Have you had a chance to check out the Pullman Hotel yet? I've got reservations there in December for a deluxe room and was wondering if it was worth it to upgrade to an executive room. Just wondering if you had more information.
Thanks!

The Pullman is essentially a Novotel. It's brand new and right on top of the King Power duty free mall. As it's only been open a couple months, all the rooms are probably still quite nice.
The Siam is more than a year old.
The really new hotel in town is the Millennium on Asoke, due to open next month. There's also a Park Plaza just down the street from there. The Centara at Central World looks like it will be a while.
