need help with our itinery

we have three weeks in Thailand and Malaysia Mid May -early June, have booked four nights accommodation in Bangkok and three at the end of our trip in KL. Would like to visit a couple of islands in Thailand/Malaysia any suggestions, also is it worth going to the Cameron Highlands.

langkawi in northwest malaysia is a lovely island...quiet and relaxing...not sure about weather at that time of year

koh samui in thailand should be quite good weather at that time of year.. also hua hin 2.5 hours drive south of bkk is a good stop off point..

It will be the start of the rainy season in Langkawi (and Phuket). For good weather, look into the east coast of Thailand and Malaysia.

when you look at hua hin, may i suggest that you look at the marriott hotel...we personally looked at all the major hotels in hua hin while we were there and felt that the marriott offered the best all around...the sofitel and hyatt were also very nice but we were pleased with our decision to use marriott...

Hi Anirac..have stayed at Langkawi and it is a nice spot. Another quiet island I have not visited but have heard good reports about is Tioman. Maybe someone else could give more personal feedback on that.

We stayed at the Anantara in Hua Hin, the pool was great and we had nice rooms. Have a great holiday.
