looking for best fares to India

Wonder if someone can help me find low fares from Seattle to New Delhi in Dec.
I have looked little bit but finding them quite high. Maybe someone has a tip for me. Thanks

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have not tried the airlines you named. I was trying Northwest, Delta, Continental.
I will check out the others soon.

Thanks a ton for your advice. I will check all soon. Hope I can find an attractive fare for my trip, otherwise I may postpone it for spring time.

Try Jet Airways. They are a very good Indian airlines, and I think they have just expanded to international routes. Also I think they're now part of Delta/Northwest skyteam.

Try: www.kayak.com. Also try a local Indian agent. Often they steeply discount the fares. I agree about avoiding Air India.

While I wasn't crazy about the thought of flying Air India (we flew them because of cost-cheaper than the rest) we did find that one of the flights was quite nice. Our flight out of Chicago was an old jet and sounded like it was going to fall apart, so that wasn't as comfortable as could be. Our flight from Frankfurt to Chicago however was quite nice, the jet was decent and there where empty seats you could move to. Both flights had terrific staff. We would not hesitate to fly them again.

Hi what date are you traveling to New Delhi? I put a date in of Dec 12th to 19th just to see the average price.
