KLIA Main Terminal to LCC Terminal

Hello,
Can someone please tell me how I can get from the LCC terminal to the Main terminal at KL airport? We will be arriving at the LCC from Kota Kinabalu on Air Asia and we need to get to the Main terminal to catch an international flight on another airline. Do we have to carry our luggage or is there some kind of check-in system in the LCC for Main terminal departures?
Thank you.
Simon

Air asia mentions nothing, the website for the LCC also does not mention anything, all I could find was a map !

It must be a questions thousands want to know, good luck on finding it!

This looks better, seems a bus service services both so you can use between the 2

Thanks JamesA.
I also found those links after some searching. You'd think there would be more info out there.
Looks like we have to load all the luggage onto the bus.
Thank you.

PS. If anyone has actually done this, I would appreciate your feedback.

it is quite a distance from LCCT to KLIA. personally, i've never travelled from LCCT to KLIA.
if you are pressed for time, the best option is for cab rides, but unfortunately i dont have reliable info re cab rides from LCCT to KLIA either.

It did say cabs were available, I am guessing though that like any airport ( well most at least ) if the cab driver has waited for a long time for a fare, pressumably back to KL city then someone wanting a ride across to another terminal is not what they would want.

uniopp, if you don't mind telling us if you can say time of day and which airline you are connecting and route may help as some airline are more 'flexible' if late than others etc

We are arriving at the LCC terminal on Air Asia from Kota Kinabalu and the on to Japan on Malaysian Airlines from the main terminal.
As I said in another post we only have 4 hours but I have now changed that to 7 hours. Hopefully that will allow for any delays and the transfer from LCC to the main terminal. We have 4 children under 10 so the extra time gives us a bit of breathing space.
Thanks for your feedback.
Simon.
