JFK luggage storage for a few days
Hello,
I am looking for luggage storage in JFK airport, specifically in terminal 5. I know where storage for terminals 4 and 1 are.
For terminal 5, the only information I found is that luggage storage is now available there (terminal 5).
I want terminal 5 because that is Jetblue's domestic arrival terminal. Thanks.

hi clarkgriswold,
I found terminal 5 mentioned in https://freetoursbyfoot.com/jfk-luggage-storage/, like PaulRabe mentioned below.
"Terminal 5
Now has a Baggage Storage service in the Arrivals area."
I did not want to use old posts.

In case anyone is looking for this info, here's my experience:
My Jetblue flight landed in Terminal 5. There's "Information" at the arrivals area where I was asked what airline I am flying out of. The staff pointed me to Terminal 4; also said there is none in Terminal 5. Hopped on the Airtrain to get to terminal 4; or you can also walk along a path outside from 5 to 4. Went to the arrivals area and found the API window that accepts temporary luggage storage. It is near the elevator and escalator and a hotel reservation window. Most airport staff can point you to it. For 24-inch luggage, charge is $12 per 24 hours; for 26-inch, charge is $16 per 24 hours. Charges for all sizes are posted next to the window. I had to deal with a half-asleep staff who insisted my suitcase is 26-inches, he did not follow all the security requirements he was supposed to do, like take a picture of me, have me open my luggage so he can inspect its content, and others. He did ask me to fill out a form and my flight number. I was in a hurry and decided to deal with the overcharge when I come to pick it up.
Fortunately, when I came to get my luggage, there was somebody else at the window who saw that my 21-inch suitcase was dwarfed by all the 26-inches in the rack. He arranged for the correction but I had to wait for the supervisor to approve the change. I did have to point out to him that my wait caused me another 24 hours, but he gladly adjusted the time.
There are other luggage storage companies available, but none are in the airport itself. Vertoe is one I checked into but their facility is not within walking distance of the airport.
