There is only one carrier from Bangkok to Siem Reap non-stop: Bangkok Air and they are not cheap. Other options include flying Bangkok to PP, then PP to Siem Reap.
Lots of airlines fly from Bangkok to Singapore. You should be able to get good fares. As there are so many flights, you could wait until you are in Bangkok to book.

April is not peak time but I would still not wait to book Siem Reap after u reach Bkk. The "sought after" flights which is the evening flights and the morning ones which minimize your hotel stay sell out fast. Bok your flights thru a local Bkk agent as baht fares are somewhat lower than US$ fares.

bangkok air is the main show in town...they are not cheap...they are efficient however....asia air may work for you to singapore....one way to save money is to fly to JB in southern malaysia and then cross the bridge to singapore....
