Those of you who have used Ratt, how was she? I just got an e-mail from her and her English doesn't seem very good.

Ratt speaks Thai, Chinese, English and another language that I don't remember fluently.
If she writes in broken English to you don't be offended she probably is answering your email after a long day on the road so her diction may not be as good as yours but don't prejudge her. Ratt is a treasure and you will be privileged to have had her as your driver imho.

Aloha!

her english is perfectly acceptable....she if fun to spend the day with....sometimes her communications via e mails is rambling and disorganized but she is not like that in person....

she is eager to share her country with you...

I second (third?) the vote for Ratt and agree with the comments on written versus spoken English. We have used her on two occasions.

I've used her several times for a total of around 12 days and will be using her again this winter. She's great. A lot of fun; a good driver; and incredibly considerate.

Her English is a lot better than our Thai! We have used her on our first trip to BKK and she was great!
