We are now trying to lock down the date- its either 9/9 or 10/7. If you have not responded to me as yet please do so.
Next we will focus on the venue.

Interesting - if you choose 10/7 that is the same day as the Boston GTG - maybe we can have a teleconference...

Its looking more likely that it will be 9/9. Still waiting to hear from a few who have not responded.

Ok the consensus is that September 9th works for most people. Right now we have about 16 people. As we get closer to the datye I will ask everyone to confirm. Next I will work on the venue.
This may take a few weeks to work out as I will be visiting the possible venues on weekends.
