help with Southern Thailand itinerary

Is my itinerary Crazy? Do-able? Looking for suggestions as a first time Thailand traveler! This is how I want my trip to go but I am open to suggestions and criticism!! I am going with my boyfriend and we like to do active things like hiking etc...so if you have any more suggestions for that in any of the places listed I'd be more than thrilled to hear your suggestions. I am also aware that we will be there during the Thai New Year so I know we need water guns of sorts

April 12 Arrive in Bangkok 1AM, get to Casa Nithra sleep and then sight see
April 13 Breakfast, check out, sight see some more, Fly to Krabi later in the day, check in at Ao Nang Phu Petra Resort
April 14 Go via boat to Railay Beach, rock climb, sun bathe, hang out.
April 15 Hike Tab Kak Hang Nak Hill Nature Trail
April 16 Check out of hotel, catch boat to Phi Phi Don, check into Paradise Pearl Bungalows
April 17 Island boat tour to phi phi le, or visit monkey beach
April 18 Beach day and catch boat to Phuket (no Accommodations chosen yet)
April 19 Explore Phang Nga Bay
April 20 Find something else to do in Phuket
April 21 Leave Phuket and drive to Koh Sok National Park, find a cheap place to stay for the night
April 22 Do the Koh Sok River Bungalow tour (2 day 1 night group safari)Stay the night on the river
April 23 Do day 2 of the tour, which ends at 1pm, possibly go back to Bangkok or find another place to stay the night close to surat thani airport
April 24 catch flight out of Bangkok at 8:30pm

I personally feel like my itinerary is too much for only 2 weeks. Things I really want to experience are bamboo rafting, elephants (ethically of course), island life, and hiking and the Phang Nga Bay......I am least excited about Bangkok even though I know I will get to experience a lot of the culture there.

You save time if doing PP by day trip. No need to overnight. If driving to Khao Sok go from Krabi and skip Phuket.

PP by day trip is the definitions of over-touristed. I wouldn't advise it.

You will have more time to enjoy the beach if you cut some stops.

PP is touristy if you stay there. If avoiding tourists is the aim go to Trang islands.
