Hi Cindy:
The obvious choices are Cathay Pacific (out of HK) or Thai Airways (out of BKK). I've been on both & they are great and I also flew Singapore Air out of Bali as well (on a business class upgrade so obviously great but to Singapore).
Likely other choices as well, as these are the BKK & HK 'hubs' for the national airlines.

i have had fabulous luck with eddie on inter-asia flights....he saved me about 1/2 the price on a bkk to bali flight last year....
