saw-dee... just wondering if you've ever dined at Zanzibar on soi 11. Not too bad. I've dined there several times. If you eat outside (which is pleasant for sure) beware of bug bites on the ankle! Other than that, it's nice.
What about Bed Supper Club on soi 11? I haven't been there for a couple of years or more, but it was usually quite interesting. Food was great.

Supper Club... dining while lying back on pillows, like dining in a bed. The 'entertainment' is always different. I've been there when a DJ was playing unusual 'electronic' music sequences. I've also been there when the entertainment was a 'mechanic' working on a car (without engine), dressed in his mechanics suit, with billy-bob teeth. Inside the car was seating like a bed, where you could relax, have a glass of wine, etc. The mechanic wandered around the restaurant, talking with patrons and inviting them into the car.
Another time the entertainment was art film about bread.
And then there was the girl who walked around, stopped, struck a pose, and sprayed perfume into the air. Another time it was stopping to pose, and then blowing bubbles into the air!
Have not been there in a couple of years, maybe even three or four years. I have no idea if the place still has the same ambiance.
They used to have a 'surprise menu' which meant that you ate whatever the cook was serving that night. They did come around first to ask about any specific food allergies (I do have them, so appreciated being asked).
If anyone here has been to the Bed lately, I'd appreciate an update.
