China Link bus Hong Kong-Shenzhen
We want to take the China link bus from Kowloon to Shenzhen on a Monday morning at 6:15 or 6:45. We're staying at the Salisbury YMCA.
Thanks to rkkwan I understand we take it from inside the Elements Mall, across from Starbucks, which is above the Kowloon MTR station. Is there a ticket office open at this location and this early in the morning? Also, does the bus drop us off at the Shenzhen airport?
Thanks so much.

Since the first bus is at 6:15a, then the answer has to be "Yes". Shops inside the mall won't be open, no idea about Starbucks, but you will be able to get inside. The ticket office/waiting area is like a shop inside the mall. You'll then ride a long escalator down all the way to the basement where the actual coach is.
That bus is specifically for Shenzhen Airport. It doesn't make any stop other than at the Shenzhen Bay crossing.

Every half an hour.

There is another service now that also uses the Shenzhen Bay crossing, also every 30 minutes. From Kowloon Tong MTR, which has better connections to many parts of HK than the Kowloon Airport Express station:
