I think I first posted about it in response to someone asking re Thai style acco - tho I have not stayed here I have seen it and it is truly amazing decor and ambience - also, is recoed by my travel gurus, The Luxe Guide - presume u have been to the website - I'd say try it out!

hobbes (and anyone else that's interested). we decided to go for the chakrabongse villas so i'll be happy to report back for future travellers. the information i found on several web-sites confirmed the style, beauty and history behind it appeals to us. got my luxe guide a couple days ago and as you said, was happy to see it mentioned.
