i have just received an option of an air india price of $839 from bos to delhi via travelocity...check it out

Avoid Air India. Better to pay a couple of hundred dollars more and have peace of mind.

Agree with Agoau. Most of our Indian friends avoid it. Its a long way to go so do the best you can. When we go its either KLM or Lufthansa. I would avoid Air France too. Try this site:

i ahve not flown air france to india or asia, but i quite like their european service and the planes are generally newish airbuses...

i hate KLM, so its each to his own...
