Your problem is that you have not posted on the Europe board. Mimi (Cigalechanta) lives in Cambridge. If she doesn't attend, no one attends. I would come to your party, but you haven't given me enough notice.

ThinGorjus - you snooze, you lose. Haven't seen you on this board in a while. The original post for the the Boston GTG was back on July 11 - was posted on the Europe board too at that time I believe. In addition, Bob put a followup post on the Europe board on 9/13 same as this one. Maybe Bob will comment re: Mimi.

Another Posse member called long distance last night, from N.J., and will also drive up to meet me. So, that's two cars of people...coming from N.J. and N.Y... with a total of 5 people counting me...unless the number changes. I'll have to fly to the east coast more often and have friends meet me wherever I pop up! Happy travels!

I saw your posts on the Europe board a while back and will be attending both the lunch and dinner.

Don't know how many out-of-towners there are, but I'd be happy to serve as a tour guide for any one that would like to see more of the area that is not easy to get to on foot. Was thinking about the North Shore (Marblehead, Rockport, Gloucester) or the Route 2 area around Concord.

You can reach me through the email address from Bob's latest email.

thin---you are not looking carefully enough...it has been on the europe board since july and i have given it the "ttt" treatment at least 3 times since then...many europe board members have responded including mimi....

don't be so quick to be critical until you have done your homework fully...

it was on the US board as well...i did not put it on the other boards this time as we have never received even an inquiry in the past from the other boards...

The thin veneer of civility quickly vanishes. We assure all out-of-towners that this represents the finest in Northeastern hospitality. The only gift bags (see Hawaii GTG) are likely to be Hefty.

Bob...I won't be having dinner since some of the posse members don't want to do dinner. We will probably all go to Boston together after the luncheon and we don't know when we'll be finished hanging out there. Happy Travels!
