Bhutan
Hi
I've booked my trip to Bhutan and I'm just wondering about tips ? What is the norm ? We're three friends trekking for 7 days and touring for about 2 days. Does anyone have reccommended % etc ?
Is there anything we should bring to the country that's not available ?
Thanks

There isn't anything you really need to bring with you other than personal perscriptions. You can get just about anything there and guides always carry first aid kits and such. Just ensure that you have plenty of film and clothing for a variety of temperatures. Enjoy! It's an amazing country.

If your guide provides a great experience, I favor tipping generously, 10-25% of your daily tariff. I wish I'd brough liquid tears for the high altitudes and an extra sun visor (min blew off and I couldn't find one).
