Best way to break up travel time to Asia from Canada

We are good starting with a maximum of 15 hrs with a stopover for 48hrs . Just have to decide which city we would like to see that we have not seen.

AC has a NS to from Toronto to Delhi and it’s around 14 hrs.

Next fall, we’ll be traveling to Taiwan and returning from Japan via Turkish Airlines business class. While not cheap, it’s certainly cheaper than the major name airlines. While we aren’t stopping over Istanbul, it is an option. We’ll have a long layover so will be able to rest in the lounge, said to be one of the best in the world!
