There are two that come up consistently on this forum - Rajawongse on Sukhumvit near Soi 4 and Jack at Monet il Sarto in the Marriott mini-mall on the river. I use Rajawongse - suits are $300 each and the quality is top-notch. Jack also comes highly recommended and most likely Bob (rhkkmk) will chime in on him. My recommendation is to choose the tailor that is closest to where you are staying.

I would find a tailor near your hotel. So first tell us where you are staying. You will need to go for several fittings if you want really good quality and you don't want to spend half your trip going to an from a tailor.

i think the highest quality is the tailor that craig names on sukhumvit....
jack at monet il sarto on the upper level of the mini mall at the marriott overlooking the parking lot has been our tailor for some years....we have been very pleased with his garments....i would term him moderate in price...i cannot give you a price as i do not wear suits anymore but suspect he is about 1/3 less in price....
the more fittings you have the more happy you will be with the final product...
to get to the marriott via public transport take the skytrain to taskim and go downstairs to the hotel pier and take the marriott boat to the hotel, walk through the hotel to the mall streetside...

I had a wonderful experience with the tailor at the shops outside of the Millenium Hilton on the river. In fact, I wore one of the suits just yesterday. I think I paid a couple hundred dollars for a suit and 3 dress shirts - very moderately priced. I have a slim athletic build and the tailor had no problem designing the garments with a slimmer more modern fit. I will find the name of the place and post later.
