Plenty no clue how cheap you want to go
Good, 7.8 Score from 12 reviews
Riverfront Residence
Bangkok
Located along the Chao Phraya River, Riverfront Residence offers serviced apartments with kitchenettes, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and restaurant
2 bedroom suite $70
booking.com many others
asiarooms.com otel.com agoda.com even cheaper.

You probably want a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. There are many serviced apartment buildings in Bangkok. Centrepoint has a number of buildings, Marriot has some serviced apartments, like the Marriott Mayfair. One of the regulars here loves the Adelphi suites.
See what facilities each place offers: some have full kitchens, some have kitchenettes, some have a washer/dryer in the apartment, some do not.
Make sure you will be close to a skytrain station.
For hotels and serviced apartments in Thailand, I use www.sawasdee.com
