Bangkok Airways Discovery Pass

I know that this topic has been on here before, but I can't seem to find it now (I even posted a question on a thread that was discussing it and can't find that).

Anyway - my question involves how best to travel within Thailand and Cambodia. It seems that the Bangkok Airways Disvocery Pass would be the best, but I'm not sure how to make it work. I had e-mailed the Chicago office based on a previous thread, but it's been several days and I haven't heard back. Some people seem to call, but others had trouble. What I need are three segments and I would like to be able to reserve the flights for all of the segments prior to going to Thailand, but on the airline website it indicates that you just reserve the first segment and then do the others when you are ready to move on. My concern with that is that all flights might be booked when we need to move on to the next city. We also have to bounce in and out of Bangkok and it looks like there might be restrictions on that. We would need to do the following segments:
Phuket - BKK
BKK - Siem Reap
Phnom Penh - BKK

This is a very long rambling question, I know - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I would call. I had no problems booking everything in advance (for March 2008) over the phone. Good luck!

JC-map out your schedule, call BKK Airways and make your reservation, and th3en send them a cashiers check. This will save the percentage charge if you use a credit card. I've done it several times. It works easily.
