Yes - it is a 10 year visa. Note that there's an endorsement:
"There should be a gap of at least 2 months between two visits to the country on a Tourist Visa. In case of requirement to visit the country within 2 months, permission should be sought from the Head of Mission concerned. In such cases, registration would be required within 14 days of arrival." Note the registration requirement.
I was particularly surprised that this was so quick, as the Travisa site warned that for people not born in the US "a minimum processing time of one to two weeks, and some cases may take longer", plus I noticed that when my application was created from my answers, in the list of countries I had visited in the last 10 years Pakistan was flagged with asterisks and capital letters. On the other hand, this isn't my first Indian visa.

The notation about "There should be a gap of at least 2 months between two visits to the country" is important if you are planning a side trip to Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, etc., and then returning to India. According to the new rules, adopted late 2009, you have to be out of India for two months, unless getting this special approval in advance. At least I think that is how it works. I went on a five-day return trip to Kathmandu from Delhi in Oct 2009, before the new rules, but that would not be permissable now. Anyone with experience in the new rules, please let us all know.
