anti aging treatment in Bangkok

Has anyone tried one of the anti aging clinics in Bangkok? Basically sounds like a full physical, a nutritional assessment and then prescribed diet, including supplements, and an exercise program. I am in my 50s, still very physically active and athletic, but starting to slow down and wondering if this is worth trying. Desparate I know .

Save your money and buy one of the million and one books on the subject! The money you save could be put to better use having a few massages at Wat Po

The "anti-aging" treatments are no more and no less credible than those anywhere else in the world. No one can turn back the hands of time.

Do what makes you feel alive - visit new places, learn new things, pamper yourself, whatever. Being happy is the best "anti-aging" strategy.

... (indeed, and yes, flying with those sensational Singapore Girls) ...

... now (and I promise to keep this 'PG-13'), yours truly has actually seen 'anti-aging' at work in the Land of Smiles. Reason: a few years back, a rather wealthy and all-time cherished Scottish relative (late-50s) divorced his Scottish wife and proceeded to retire in Thailand, purchasing a rather lovely seaside place ...

... well, I have the honour of seeing this gentleman rather often, and wouldn't you know, every visit, he is with a rather beautiful and fun-loving Thai woman. Mind you, he was already a rather slender and happy guy (and full head of hair) before leaving Scotland, and now, man, he is, well, 'livin' the life'. (And it gets better: I've got him hooked flying F/J on Singapore Airlines for his occasional 'nightlife' in Singapore.) ...

... savour your rejuvenating times - in the City of Angels ...

... in this ever changing world, Singapore Girl, you're a great way to fly ...

I strongly recommend the purchase of a speedo (if you're a male) or revealing bikini (if you're a female). While these will not reverse the aging process or even make you look younger, it will make you feel much more child-like. Trust me, this is one thing on which I am an expert, i.e., childishness. If you don't act mature, maybe you're not. I am also in my fifties and the ravages of time are evident. Nonetheless, speedos rule!

I guess you can call that and "anti-aging" "treatment".

Sounds to me like they will give a physical and a book (more or less) on diet and exercise.
