I am flying to the city of Cabu in the Philippines I would like some help in finding the best air fares. Also I can travel at anytime I have no ball and chains holding me here calif. So if anyone know of a sites that has good and cheap air fares I would like to know by the way I'm new so I hope that u will give me some slack

Occasionally, Cathay Pacific will have good deals to the Philippines. Look for their Deal of the Month. I believe it's still Manila for the rest of June, and from there you can get a cheap ticket to Cebu. But your best bet on cheap travel to the Philippines is probably not going to be online; it's going to be with a Philippine travel agent in LA or San Francisco. Many handle consolidator tickets and will be able to get you a better deal. I can't personally recommend any travel agents in California, but I think you'll find that to be the best source for a cheap airfare. China Airlines (through Taipei) or Korean Airlines (through Seoul) often have decent prices, but you still get the best deals through ethnic travel agents to places like the Philippines.

Not the cheapest but a great way to go is by EVA Air Evergreen Deluxe class to Manila. We flew them this year to Manila and will be doing it again next year. Its like Business class but at a slightly higher coach fare.

For my last trip last January, I used Best Travel Store www.bt-store.com. They had the best airfare I could find at that time. Check them out.
