If you are a Mac user sign in on Safari and it will probably eventually work. I tried Firefox, but without success. My Intel-based Mac will not run Internet Explorer (as recommended above). I spent 3 hours trying alternative sites and none would complete the booking on Firefox. Unfortunately, the Air Asia website insists on adding an automatic fee for unwanted travel insurance. I could find no way to deselect it. It added $15 to a $200 flights cost. Also, watch out for those automatic added fees for expensive seat upgrades. You also have to actively deselect those. At least that is an option. They also added mandatory fees for using a credit card to pay - $13 for my $200 flights. But at least I was able, after 2 days, to pay and confirm my flights! Note that Orbitz and Travelocity did not show any flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
