Hello, we are three females traveling to Tbilisi (in our mid to late 20s), what are some sights we must see? Also, can anyone recommend restaurants we should visit? thank you!

Do you have a guidebook yet? I used Lonely Planet and Bradt. I was there in 2009, so I expect things have changed a bit, but you might find this useful:
