Don-On an AA ff ticket that goes Boston-LAX- HNL-KIX, would American allow a stopover in HNL for no extra miles? Just curious.

If I answered, I'd be guessing. "North American" might or might not include Hawaii, depending on how the fare rule has been written. You'd need to call American to find out (and even then, it's possible that the telephone agent might say OK but then the ticketing people would say otherwise).

(I certainly hope that one could stop over. If not, the routing BOS-LAX-HNL-KIX is one of the foulest I can imagine.)
