Where do I go to find seat availability?

I know there is probably a site that gives me seat availability for various airlines. I just want to know if my flight from ORD to FRA is filling up on a ual flight. I'm premier exec w/UA and if the flight is getting full, maybe I'll get "bumped"...

So.... where do I go to see how many seats are still available? Thanks...

Carol

The United FAQ sticky at the United MP forum has lots of info:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=336354\

A link there explains the UA booking codes and the pecking order for upgrades. Also there is an explanation of how to choose "expert" mode on united.com. You can go to the online booking page for United awards to see availability for awards. There you would want to see I9, meaning plenty of upgrade-for-miles seats available (so empty seats for your op-up).

If you click on "More searh options" on the united.com homepage that will take you to a fare search page whose results show fare code availabilty when in expert mode.

It's a bit of a kluge to use those options on united.bomb, so hopefully Gardyloo's site is better.

though those internet sites are good they are not accurate. I'm sure if u post what dates your traveling someone who works for an airline can check the system to see how the flights looks.
