Mesa fly as American West Express and United Express across the southwest and as USAirways Express from Charlotte. It has also some of its own routes in New Mexico and Texas. It does not fly SFO-LAS or OAK-LAS as its own brand.
It's one of the larger commuter carriers in the US, and mostly use the Canadian Regional Jet on its routes.

Let me add that on the OAK-LAS route, those flights are definitely flown as American West Express. But HP (American West) also flies a lot of 737/319/320 mainline flights on this route, so really no reason to fly the regional jet.
On SFO-LAS, many many flights on UA (also sold as USAirways codeshare) and HP, again with 737/319/320. So, even less reason to fly on a regional jet on this route.

Yes, I was looking up Am. West, and it said: Mesa for OAK-LAS. SFO-LAS is so expensive, it's out of question. I will let you know, still too early for a February flight. Maybe Southwest? Too bad my dates are uncertain yet.

Southwest's best fare OAK-LAS is $59 each way + tax, for about $137 roundtrip. These require 21-day advance, and not all flights are available.
If you want to go from SFO, there are fares for $156 roundtrip, tax included on various airlines, for Tue/Wed. Or up to ~$200 for other days.
And the America West fares should be the same whether they're on HP's mainline planes or on Mesa's regional jet.
