I jest not! I know ba.com used to be awful, it would jam, forget who you were, lose all the stuff you'd spent ages entering into the boxes, but it has miraculously improved. It actually works now and can remember my ff no. Wonders will never cease!

I might suggest that you folks visit Skytrax, www.airlinequality to look at the various ratings.
For the most part, the ratings are biased on First / Business classes. Singapore Airlines in coach pretty much sucks, but it comes up big every year.
Skytrax is a British site, but probably not as biased as some of the sites previously mentioned.
There's a ton of information about airlines, lounges, and the like. I couple that with www.seatguru.com and have most of what I want covered.

I didn't say I did. All I said was that that particular site is very anti-US based airlines. That's it.
I've picked my airline long time ago and I'm very happy. btw, I have Exec Plat status, flying about 125K miles per year plus another 20-40K miles on award tickets. Last year I did a total (revenue and award) of 156K miles, mostly with AA, but BA, LAN, AS(the only non-OW airline that you can earn QMs and QPs with) were good for about 1/4 of the total with OW.
