BA vs Delta ATL to LGW

Looking at similar fares and timing ATL to LGW in August I am going for only a few days for a wedding. BA is 777 and Delta says 767. Any thoughts on which would be more comfortable, better service and less likely for delays?
thanks

I've only flown on BA LGW-ATL so no comments on DL. BA seats and service are more than adequate, with individual screens. One drawback is, you won't be able to select seat until 24hr before the departure unless you're on elite BA FFP status. Alternative is to fly premium economy on BA.

Delays--LGW is less prone to landing delays than LHR.

You can now carry 2 items as carry-on from LGW.

Which class of service? BA biz is better-regarded than Delta. For coach, I would think it basically a wash. I prefer the 767 for the 2-3-2 layout, but the entertainment options are better on BA. Food and service are pretty similar, with BA offering free booze, while Delta only offers a free beer or wine with your meal. If any of those things are vitally important, then choose on them, otherwise I would just choose on schedule, price, and frequent flier miles.

One other thing. If you don't have elite status with a Oneworld airline, then you can't choose your seat on BA until check-in. This bothers a lot of people, so is something to bear in mind.
