AA website extremely slow

AA website extremely slow
Anyone else had similar problem in the past couple of days? In addition to being slow, I'm not getting any hold notifications from them. I tried to send the itinerary to my work email address and it didn't get there either.
No issues with other websites only AA. I have sent their web support an email about this.

I frequently have problems with AA, for the past months especially.
I usually stop, and try again in an hour or so. Sometimes I couldn't hold any flights for a whole day and then it worked the next day.
I don't know what the desk is but I find it very annoying.

I received a useless reply from their "help" talking about browser issues even though I'd mentioned I had the problem only with AA and on any browser!
It is still slow; fortunately I managed to buy the ticket I needed.
