No problem. Actually the card is used upon re try into the U.S. FromCanada and Mexico.

I've been following this thread and it's been very useful so far. I applied for Global Entry on 8/10 and was preliminarily approved today (8/21) and scheduled my interview. Unfortunately in Boston, the first available is December 14! I'll check periodically for cancellations. Good thing I can zip to Logan Airport from work at the drop of a hat!

As I understand most airports also take walk-ins due to cancellations.
