A few photos, most self-explanatory.

Just a word about the quelea: These birds, which farmers understandably view as pests, were swarming in the tens and hundreds of thousands -- enough so that they create a dust storm that can be seen from a good distance.

The young male lion at the end of the gallery - from Lagoon? part of the 4?

The young male lion was hanging out with a 2nd male, and they had taken down a buffalo the previous night. I'm not sure whether or not he was from the Lagoon pride.
