I'm a Radio Advertising Writer...and manager. http://www.radioadvertising.org.uk/profile.htm

I'm Simon by the way...not Graham on that page. Graham has even less hair than me.

I used to be a university consultant -- meaning I helped university faculty, and sometimes corporations, use computers to teach their subjects.

Now I'm an early-retired lady of leisure, and amateur singer in a women's barbershop quartet.

Attorney--low-payed public defender but far away from the horrors of billable hours ;-) .

rsnyder - That has lately become my Dh's job as we have a wood-burning furnace (worth it with the way nat. gas prices are!).

Way too many lawyers - maybe that's why the shark diving is so popular off Cape Town

Legislative attorney.

I would love to see another thread called "What's Your Dream Job?" (Something tells me there wouldn't be so many lawyers on that list!)

My misspelling of "paid" probably makes you think I deserve low compensation. =) Forgive the error--I was editing from "low-paying" to "low-paid." I'm a doofus.

schlegal,
One of my closest friends is an assistant public defender. She always tells me I'd make a great private investigator! Not sure that'd be my dream job, though.

I work for a company that sends high school students overseas for educational travel.

So you see, I talk travel all. day. long. - which does not help my addiction!

Former high school, college, and elementary business/computer teacher. Now retired to spend more time in South Africa. Just returned yesterday from two weeks in Tanzania and 5 weeks in Cape Town.

Past job - Years upon years of being an accountant/office manager in the fashion industry. Got tired of babysitting staff and being an information center - only work there part time now for needed social contact and people to discuss my upcoming trips with.

Present job - freelance bookkeeper (now that's better!) for lots of interesting private and public companies - mostly junior resource/mining companies, geologists, and retired geologists with tons of money and investments. This is a fascinating business - I work at home and love it.

Future job - Owning & running a tourist camp in East Africa with my husband as general manager, myself as the 'paperwork person', our son as the pilot and his girlfriend as the guest relations manager.

Husband Jim, by the way, who is a common lurker on this board, but has never posted - he is a 'semi-retired' IT Project manager and photo enthusiast.
