visa size

Can anyone tell me how big the visa stamp they put on a passport is? Does it take up one whole page? or just a square?

Thanks

Sorry I meant to put that post in the Zimbabwe forum, as I meant the size of the zim. visa. However, if anyone knows please respond.

You made me curious because my DH and younger son went to Zimbabwe over Christmas and I didn't remember seeing a Visa in my son's passport (he needs more pages and I was panicking a little on our trip to Turkey last week).

So - my DH has a visa that takes up a whole page, but for some reason they didn't require one for my son so he doesn't have one. Kind of a bummer....from a "momento" perspective!

Yes, it is a form that they glue into your passport filling one page and then stamp. Now, not that I am suggesting such a thing, but if someone really needed a blank page they could use a hair dryer to remove that form after leaving Zimbabwe and move it to the comments section opening up a blank page. It isn't one piece so one would have to be careful and patient. A little baby power would remove the residual stickiness. Hypothetically, of course.
