Vic Falls when is the max water volume?

Hi
in which months can one see Vic Falls at their best?

Two different questions here.

Max volume is probably April or May, depends on the rain.

Best viewing is probably July, if you go during max volume you can't see as much due to the mist.

I've only been in July or Aug, not the max water. I was very impressed. Since you mentioned best, you may wish to try to time your visit with the full moon. I believe on the Zim side there are night time visits during the full moon when the rainbow effect is evident. Maybe on the Zam side too. I've never been during a full moon, but would definitely try to time it right if I go back.

I've been in November just at the start of the rains. Falls were poor - but, the white water rafting was superb and possibly perfect!
