Transfers from Mala Mala to Singita

Has anyone done this? Do you have to fly, or can you do a game drive transfer?

Sorry, I don't know. Would suggest you call Singita and ask them. They would be the authority on the question/answer.

I'm sure you can organize a land transfer......it's only two properties away and you can do it at siesta time!

These two camps are practically next door neighbors. You can certainly arrange for a land/drive transfer. Shouldn't take but 30/min, if that... but if you stop for game viewing, then who knows. Seriously, if a land transfer, they usually drive straight on.

I have been driven between reserves before. Either one of the reserves can arrange the car transfer. It is usually done after the morning game drive.

Hi Richard

I have done the reverse, from Singita to MalaMala. It would be silly to fly and expensive. Arrange it through MalaMala, it will cost something, but Singita vehicles are not permitted on MM land, so it must be done through MalaMala. Even though close as the bird flies, I do think it took about an hour as one must follow public roads between properties. Speak to the office and this will be easily arranged and added to your account, I believe.

Kind regards

Kaye

Richard,

Or you can contact any of the major travel agents in SA, and they may be able to arrange for this!
