Spelling checker

Is there a spelling checker here I can run against my replies or postings? Or, is there one I can sort of import to do it. Guess I could compose everything in MSWord, spell check it and then copy over to forum.

Hi Tom,

I've been drafting my trip report in Word and copying it over, though that hasn't prevented the occasional correctly spelled but grammatically incorrect phrase from slipping in.

Cheers,
Julian

Tom:
In my photo thread, I tried going directly from msword onto the board and I ended up with a bunch of really strange characters interspered in the text. (Leely told me I was doing "codespeak" ) To correct that when doing my trip report, I used ms word to get the benefit of spell-checker, then copied that into notepad and from there onto the board. Not as cumbersome as it sounds, and I don't know why it works, but it does.

HI All,
Yep, for long complicated messages I have been using Word. I just hate to loose 10 mins of work on the board and have to start all over. But guess I'll have to start doing that for all messages. Did it for this reply. Wrote in MSWord. Did a “select all” then “copy”. Then on Fodor reply I will paste. Here goes.
Ok that is it above, I'm so proud of myself

According to my spellchecker the above sentence should be corrected to read 'it wood be niece to have a spellchecker in hear' ... which is why I don't trust spellcheckers

Bill, that's about the funniest thing I've read here. I don't bother with spell-checkers either; they're not only far from perfect, but who really cares if somebody makes an occasional spelling mistake or even a lot? I don't.

I agree with John.....there are a couple of typos in here every now and then, but, then again it's just random travel advice thrown in .....

Besides, most ppl on these boards chip in with different info at different times of the day, just to relax and relate to ppl with common interests.

Basically, i dont think you are going to be judged by a couple of grammatical errors or typos....
