Royal Air Maroc - Beware!
Just a heads up for Morocco travelers.
I purchased an e-ticket in January for a flight in Feb. on the Royal Air Maroc website.
About 1 week before my flight, I checked their website again and found my flight confirmed, with the seats I had chosen, etc.
When I arrived at the airport the clerk had no record of my ticket, and said that Royal Air Maroc really should not be assigning etickets on their website, as they do not have e ticket capabilities.
So I had to rush to some airport Help Desk and purchase new tickets 50 minutes before my flight departure. Nerve wracking to say the least.
I guess the lesson here is always get paper tickets when flying Royal Air Maroc, and do not trust their website even if it shows you as a confirmed passenger.

Sorry to hear about that Queenie. You are right, RAM is not as tech savvy as many other airlines and their customer service (in the event something goes awry) is dire! They are forever late, cancelling flights without any notice, and losing bags. Unfortunately they are the only carrier from NYC to Casablanca...

The flights were fine. We even got a hot meal, which was a surprise as it was a relatively short flight (I flew from Zurich).
I only wrote this post to warn others that this airline appears to be 'selling' invalid tickets on their own company website.

Have you guys heard of the Spouse and Family fare that's referred to in the Fodor's guide book? Buy 1, get 1 half off for a married couple traveling w/in Morocco?
I'm trying to book tickets from Ouarzazate to Fez and want to use this discount but when i called Customer Service they said it didn't exist?!
Does anyone know how to get this discount early, before landing in Morocco (we're arriving in Casa in Mid October)

I've never heard of that discount. Guidebooks to Morocco - no matter how often they are updated - are often riddled with misinformation.
Sometimes, there may be such a policy in place, but only one or two people at the top know about it and they dont bother to tell ANYONE else about it....Which means it effectively doesnt exist.
RAM has some of the worst customer service I have encountered anywhere in the world, so I wouldnt expect much luck with them.
