Hi,
I stayed in this one
http://www.mymarrakechriad.com/en (Le Coq Fou, not Le Coq Berbère) and it was good.
Of course the budget is important.
I see from their FB page that they make discounts in these days.
Or I often check here http://www.marrakech-ryads.com/uk/index.htm for other Riads.

I cannot personally recommend either of these, but we are considering a trip to Morocco as well and my neighbour recommended these two to us - they stayed at them both.
