I had started a separate post, and if its the same program that was shown in the US several months ago, I found it disappointing, for reasons that you can find in that post, if you are interested.

I pretty much agree with thit cho. The "script" of dialogue was overly dramatic and the photography was good but I've seen bettter on NG. IF it is the exactly the same one we saw in USA. Having said that, I have watched it twice anyway.

That being said, even a bad Africa wildlife documentary is still a wildlife documentary and worth seeing. I saw Bruce Springsteen last week at Madison Square Garden and while I had seats in the first few rows (General Admission), I had friends with "bad" seats, but their attitude was no matter how bad the seats, it was still a Bruce Springsteen concert. Same thing with the documentary -- while I wouldn't watch it again, I wouldn't miss it the first time, no matter the comments from others.

Yes indeed. Hence my sitting through the appallingly story-boarded and "techified" (weird overlays like digital gun crosshairs and battery recharing symbols) Built for the Kill series!

The shots of African wildlife are worth the poor production/ presentation style!
